Why LeanOn exists

LeanOn was born from a cancer diagnosis in our own family and from the experience of fighting a second, avoidable battle beside the illness: the battle against the organisation of care. Nobody should be a passenger in their own treatment.

It is built with the discipline of safety-critical AI: rules decide, models phrase, and every failure mode has a defined safe state. Oncology is long-term medicine; LeanOn is the tool finally built for that.

Pattern, not snapshot

Entries become a course: curves with treatment context, temperature and weight beside them. Urgency is decided exclusively by deterministic, inspectable thresholds (fever, persistent pain, weight loss), never by a language model. Every warning names the rule that triggered it.
