You decide who sees what.
Cancer treatment brings enough disorder of its own. LeanOn gathers what you would otherwise carry on slips of paper and in your head into one calm place, and you decide which parts of it anyone else gets to see.
What you can do with LeanOn
- Symptom diary: pain, nausea, fatigue, appetite and mood on simple scales, plus temperature and weight. An entry takes about a minute and can be backdated up to a week.
- Trends: your values as a curve over weeks and months, with the treatment cycles in the background. What belongs together becomes visible, without anyone having to explain it.
- Documents: photograph or scan findings, referrals and letters, keep them in order and share them deliberately: every document is either "only for me" or "shared with the care team."
- Appointments: all your appointments with preparation: what has changed? And your own questions as a list, so they survive the walk into the consultation room.
- Export for the conversation: take your course along as a print view or PDF, or share it with your doctor, so the conversation starts where it belongs.
What it looks like
A look at the app
Four frames, synthetic data: two from the standalone app, two from the clinic portal.

Where your data lives
The patient app, today
The app you can try today is deliberately simple: everything stays on your phone. Diary, documents and appointments are transmitted nowhere; there is no account and no server. Only feedback you explicitly send us leaves the device.
As a patient of a LeanOn clinic
If your clinic uses LeanOn, your account lives on your clinic's own server, not in a cloud and never with us. Your symptom values and urgent reports are visible to your care team, because that is exactly what they are for: preparation and timely response, with confirmation of receipt. Your free-text notes and your documents stay private until you explicitly share them. "Only for me" is the default.
Entries in the patient app work without an internet connection and stay on your phone. You only need to be online the very first time you open the app. And however much the diary matters to us: LeanOn is not an emergency channel. In an emergency, call 112.
